Natural Materials Vol.1 | TEXTURE PACK | V.2

A set of 4 texture overlays created from scans I made 5 or so years ago. At long last they get to see the light of day!

Each texture comes in .PSD format. Each texture is split into the texture's highlights and lowlights to let you really dial in the amount of crunch you'd like showing on your piece. Each file is 2550 x 3300px @ 300dpi.

Do These Work In [Program Here]?

These were made in Clip Studio Paint, but they should mostly work in any program that can open a .PSD file including Krita, Procreate, Affinity Photo, GnuIMP, Paint Tool SAI, PhotoShop, and more. You just might have to tweak it a little to get stuff looking just right.

Textures

• WATERCOLOR PAPER | Derived from cold press watercolor paper.
• NEW! WATERCOLOR FINE | A finer grain version of the watercolor paper listed above.
• DECAYED FOAM | From an old piece of foam. Odd choice but I think it has a neat fine crunch, akin to noise or something, Yes I know it isn't natural, shhh.
• CHEAP SKETCHING PAPER | Probably news print? We may never know for sure.
• CARDBOARD | Pretty sure this was specifically cardboard from a pad of Canson paper. 

Pair it with the STIPPLE BEAST brush pack  and the NATURAL MATERIALS VOL.2:PAPER for more fun.

Road Map

Tips afford me time that I can spend further refining and developing these tools. Here's roughly what I want to do next with this pack.

• @ $250 in total tip revenue: dig out the ol scanner and scan in some of the paper/art surfaces I have in my physical art archive, including making a higher res version of the watercolor paper texture, kraft paper, canvas, and more. GOAL REACHED! Will be working on this soon :]
• @ $425 in total tip revenue: Make tiled versions of the textures that'd lend themselves well to being tiled.
